Sometimes people are wary of groups due to feeling uncomfortable about the idea of sharing or listening to personal issues. New group members quickly discover that others relate to and understand their challenging experiences, and that feeling of being alone with a problem melts away. Therapy groups are different than self-help or support groups in that they are facilitated by a trained clinician. I encourage you to contact me for additional information regarding any of the groups below. Please check back for new groups starting soon.
